"Platonus" is an automated information system designed to manage the educational process at the university. The system, which includes both credit-based and distance learning formats, was introduced at the university in 2013. The software provides a personal account for every student and staff member, which helps automate key tasks for university employees and facilitates access to essential information for students. Platonus enables students to easily navigate their academic programs, monitor their progress, and communicate effectively with instructors—either via the internet or through the university's internal network.
SmartDU is a centralized automated system for managing the university’s business processes. It is an integrated digital platform that covers all key aspects of the university's academic, administrative, and infrastructure operations. The system is designed to enhance management efficiency, optimize processes, and improve the quality of educational services.
An intelligent digital system based on artificial intelligence, designed to automate information and service interactions with the university’s key audiences: prospective students, current students, faculty, staff, and employers.
Objectives: improve 24/7 accessibility to university services, reduce the workload on help desks and administrative departments, simplify and accelerate the process of obtaining information, increase the digital engagement of all participants in the educational process.
The electronic library is an information, reference, and search system that integrates full-text educational and scientific resources.
The platform combines electronic textbooks, methodological guides, scientific articles, video lectures, and access to external databases such as Scopus, EBSCO, RMEB, and others.
The main purpose of the electronic library is the centralized storage and provision of academic and scientific materials, ensuring 24/7 access to educational resources from anywhere, supporting students, faculty, and researchers in obtaining up-to-date information, and expanding academic and research mobility.
