The student service Department is the university's activity center for creating conditions for transparency and accessibility of services, ensuring high service standards, avoiding corruption risks, improving the quality of education and promoting the principles of academic integrity. The goal of the student service Department is to provide fast and quality services to the educational process on the basis of the "one window" principle based on service standards.
The main directions of the student service department:
- оviding services/state services;
- receiving and registering applications;
- providing a certificate of study (for presentation to other organizations of the State Educational and Scientific Committee);
- giving a transcript;
- issuance of circulation sheet;
- receiving an application for accommodation in a dormitory;
- giving a referral to get a place in the dormitory;
- preparation of response letters to questions of official bodies;
- Providing information and reports to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
