The Student Movement Accounting Department (SMA) is a structural subdivision of the Registrar's Office department.
The SMA Department is guided by the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Charter of Dulaty University, decisions of the Academic Council, the Rector's Office and regulatory documents of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of education. The main purpose of the SMA department is to record and control the number of students movement.
The main objectives of the SMA department are:
- implementation of the objectives set by the Head of State in the message of the President of the country
- to the people of Kazakhstan;
- decision-making on the main issues of the department's activities.
- The SMA Department carries out work in the following areas
- accounting and control of student movement;
- execution of orders for all forms of training;
- control the quality of the sector's work;
- keep records and organize the storage of personal files of students;
- to control the numbers of students movement;
- accept all types of applications, established forms for the movement of students;
- maintaining personal files of students, their replenishment
- studying the personal files of students enrolled in the university;
- completing students' personal files by faculty, academic groups and ensuring their safety;
- processing of orders for the movement of the contingent;
- forwarding documents on request to other universities;
- preparation of orders on tuition benefits, applications from students from large and low-income families, orphans and the disabled, student athletes, activists, etc., who study on a fee basis, are considered);
- monthly report on the accounting and movement of the student body;
- archive management (documents of expelled students under 2 years old);
- preparation and issuance of duplicate graduation documents;
- registration of personal files for archiving;
