Research and development department

Research and Development Department (R&D Department) is a subdivision of the Department of Science and Commercialization of Dulati University. Department of R&D is created with the purpose of profound comprehension and scientific substantiation of processes of improvement of the basic directions of activity of organizations of various forms of cooperative property, providing interrelation of scientific and practical activity at the University of Dulati.

The main objectives of the OOKNIR are:

Ensuring effective interaction and coordination of the activities of the structural units of the university in the implementation of research activities;
Creating conditions for the strengthening and development of university science through the protection of intellectual property and copyrights of developers;
Promotion of scientific and technical achievements of the scientists of the university and other universities, as well as research, design, experimental and design and manufacturing organizations and enterprises;
Expansion of international scientific and technical cooperation with educational and scientific institutions and industrial firms of foreign countries in the profile of the university;
Close connection of scientific researches with educational work on chairs of university with attraction of teachers and students to scientific activity;
Development of innovative and international activity of the university in the research sphere on the basis of integration of educational, scientific and innovative processes;
Involvement of teachers, staff and students in research and innovation activities;
Development of student innovation structures;
Organization and coordination of research activities of the University teaching staff;
Organization and carrying out of competitions, seminars, conferences, exhibitions.

Organizing the implementation of research works provided for in the thematic plan of research and development of Dulati University, and determining the prospects for their development in the relevant field of knowledge;
Selection of methods and means of research and development, ways to solve the tasks;
Development of drafts of perspective work plans for the subdivision and submitting them to the University authority;
Fulfillment of the tasks and contractual obligations stipulated by the plan;
Organization of students' and Master's and Doctoral candidates' research works according to the topics of their scientific works;
Coordination of carrying out research works at University Dulati in perspective, priority directions of a scientific and technological complex of RK;
To ensure communication between the departments in the field of their research work;
Coordination of research work on promising topics;
To fulfill the requirements of the QMS of the University;
Perform tasks and activities provided by the Program of Development of M.H. Dulati Taraz Regional University for 2020-2025.
