The Personnel Management Service is a structural division of the university. The main goal of the service is personnel management within the framework of the university's personnel policy.

The Personnel Management Service is guided in its work by

  • The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • The Law of Education;
  • The Law of Science;
  • The Law of Anti-Corruption»;
  • The Law of Language;
  • The Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • Other regulatory legal acts regulating the activities of the service;
  • Charter of the University;
  • Internal labor regulations;
  • Rules and regulations in the field of occupational safety and health, as well as rules of sanitary and epidemiological requirements;
  • Decisions of the Academic Council and the University Administration.

The Personnel Management Service coordinates the work of the university's structural divisions to improve and correctly place personnel, create conditions for improving the qualifications of employees, improve the quality and efficiency of work, ensure the career growth of university employees and document support for the university's activities.
