1997–2000 – worked as a primary school teacher at Sh. Ualikhanov secondary school.

2000–2001 – served as a педагог-psychologist at secondary school №5 named after Zhambyl in Taraz.

2001–2004 – worked as a teacher of Kazakh language and literature at secondary school №26 named after Abai in Taraz.

2004–2008 – served as a psychologist at the Department of defense affairs of Zhambyl Region.

2009–2011 – worked as a teacher of Kazakh language and literature at secondary school №54 in Taraz.

2011–2012 – worked as a lecturer at Zhambyl Humanitarian Technical University.

2012–2026 – worked as a lecturer at the Departments of  Special and Social Pedagogy and Preschool and Primary Education.
