From 1999 to 2002, she worked as a lecturer in the subject "Kazakh Language and Literature" at the Zhambyl Humanities College.
From 2002 to 2007, she was a lecturer at the Department of Kazakh and Russian Philology at "Әулие-ата" University, from 2007 to 2011, she was the head of the Department of Kazakh and Russian Philology at Zhambyl Humanities and Technical University, from 2011 to 2012, she served as the dean of the Pedagogical Faculty, from 2012 to 2013, she was the head of the Department of Kazakh and World Languages, and from 2013 to 2014, she was the dean of the Faculty of Natural and Pedagogical Sciences in the Distance Learning Department.

Since 2019, she has been an Associate Professor at the Department of Preschool Education and Pedagogy at M.Kh. Dulati Taraz University.
In 2006, she defended her candidate dissertation in the specialty 10.02.02 "Kazakh Language" at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University on the topic "Word Formation Branches and Their Connection with the Characteristics of Categories," and obtained the degree of Candidate of Philological Sciences.
Her professional work experience is 27 years.
She is an expert on preschool textbooks and educational-methodical complexes under the direction of the "Electronic Educational Publication" Scientific-Practical Center of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
She is the recipient of the "Ahmet Baitursynov" badge awarded by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan on September 25, 2025.

In 1996, she entered the Zhambyl Pedagogical Institute, and in 1999, after the merger of universities, she graduated from M.Kh. Dulati Taraz State University in Taraz.
